Randy Kyler - CEO / Co-Owner

Randy purchased Sooner Acoustical in 1978. Under his ownership & management, the company became a general contracting firm in 1985. Randy has always enjoyed the challenge of making architect's plans & owner's expectations come to fruition.

In partnership with his sons, Randy owns and operates a 2,000 acre cattle ranch. He is an avid hunter & enjoys incubating quail chicks to release in the wild.

Paul Kyler - CFO / Co-Owner

Paul Kyler is the CFO/Co-Owner of Kyler Construction Group, Inc. His responsibilities include contract administration, cost analysis & pre-construction services. Paul has been employed with KCG (formerly Sooner Construction Company) his entire career, beginning in 1999. He holds a B.S. degree in Construction Management Technology from Oklahoma State University and is a Certified Professional Constructor by the American Institute of Constructors. Away from work, Paul enjoys cooking, fantasy football & travel.

Ross Kyler - COO / Co-Owner

Ross Kyler is the COO/Co-Owner of Kyler Construction Group, Inc. His responsibilities include Senior Project Manager, oversight of field personnel, estimating, equipment purchases and maintenance. Ross has been employed with KCG (Sooner Construction Co.) fully since 2002. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Northwestern Oklahoma State University. Ross spent the first part of his career working in the field. That experience gained him knowledge that he can apply to problem solving that occurs on the various projects. He is also a certified structural welder. Off the clock, Ross is an avid outdoorsman, enjoys fitness, and being a husband and dad to his wife and three daughters.

Ryan McIntosh - Project Manager / Pre-Construction Coordinator

Ryan McIntosh has over 20 years of construction background & joined Sooner Construction Company in the summer of 2007 as a carpenter & job-site foreman. Since then, he has moved to the position of Superintendent & is currently a Project Manager for KCG. Starting in construction while in high school as a laborer, he extended his knowledge in multiple trades before gaining a Superintendent position. Later, he was self-employed in the residential field of construction in northern Nevada before relocating to Oklahoma to be closer to family. Outside of work, Ryan assists his wife with her photography business, is a father of three & enjoys time outdoors.

ABOUT OUR COMPANY

Randy Kyler started Sooner Acoustical in 1978 as a drywall and acoustical ceilings contracting company. The firm became Sooner Construction Company, a general contractor, in 1985 and held a building maintenance contract with Conoco in Ponca City, OK until 2002.

As of 1999, Sooner Construction Company entered into its second generation of ownership. Also at that time, the company began to increase its presence as a competitive-bid and construction management firm.

With growth comes change, and in 2017 the decision was made to rebrand Sooner Construction Company into Kyler Construction Group. We continue to provide the same services which have built our brand in the industry, and are still committed to quality that our customers have come to expect from us for over 40 years.
